Service Orders

Orders are accepted through our website, WhatsApp, phone or approved business channels. Service availability may vary by area, fabric type and daily capacity.

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and delivery windows are scheduled based on availability. Customers should provide complete address details and be available at the agreed time.

Garment Care

We follow fabric-safe care processes, but customers should disclose stains, damage, colour bleeding risks, loose trims or special care instructions before processing.

Pricing & Payment

Prices may vary for premium fabrics, special treatments, express requests or bulk requirements. Payment can be made through accepted methods shared during order confirmation.

Limitations

ZEST Laundromart is not responsible for pre-existing damage, weak fabric, colour loss, shrinkage caused by manufacturer defects or items left in pockets.
